WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED ON DELIVERY?

We strive to provide the highest standards, but if the items you ordered are damaged or faulty upon receipt, provided you inform our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the items (supplying them with the order reference details shown on the delivery documentation together with details of the damage or fault) we will send replacements or offer you a refund. We ask that you return the damaged or faulty items to us by registered post - we will reimburse reasonable costs you incur in doing so (we ask that you send us copies of the supporting receipts). Refunds will be credited to the payment card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM AS A GIFT

When in line with the above terms, in the event that the recipient of a gift item wishes to return that item we will be happy to issue credit vouchers to the appropriate value of the gift or exchange the item in the Hit Or Miss store.

RETURNS

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items ordered within 14 days, beginning the day after your order is delivered. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition. Cost of returns postage is customer’s responsibility. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us

Faulty Returns

If the product you receive is faulty please contact info@hitmormissclothing.co.uk. We will need to know the order number and a full description of the fault.

Returns procedure

 1) Replace item(s) back in the original packaging.

 2) Send your parcel and post back to: 52 Ilkeston Road, Trowell, Nottingham, NG9 3PX

3) It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures you to the value of the goods and ask for proof of postage.

You will receive an email to confirm that your return has been received and upon examination we will issue a refund or exchange within 72 hours. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Stock Availability

All items on the Hit Or Miss “Online shop” are in stock and available for next day delivery. If for any reason stock is not available to process your order, we will email to inform you. If you paid using a credit or debit card, you will not be charged for unavailable stock.

Colour

We try to represent our products as accurately as possible through our photography. However, colours may vary depending on customer's monitor settings and resolution over which we have no control. Therefore we are unable to guarantee exact likeness of colour as it appears on our website.

Sizes

Sizes can vary between manufacturers, which can cause some discrepancies with your known size. Some garments come in several different fits, which may alter the size you require, depending on desired fit. Measurements of items are shown next the garments on the online store. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

When you place an order to purchase items using the website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. The contract between us is formed at the point when we acknowledge that the order has been dispatched. If an item within your order is not available we will contact you.
