If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items ordered within 20 days, beginning the day after your order is delivered.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition. Your order will be analysed for any sign of wear or damage before issuing a refund or exchange. We have the right to refuse your return if it doesn’t pass the analysis process and will be the customers responsibility to make sure the item(s) are returned in pristine condition. Postage cost of the return is also the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part which we would reimburse. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us.
If you feel the product that you received is faulty please contact email@example.com. We will need to know the order number and a full description of the fault.
To request an exchange OR refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information including your order number and the intent (exchange/refund).
We are unable to issue refunds or process an exchange without an order number, so make sure you have this at hand.
